About us:
H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. As the Concept Developer in the Hydrogen Projects team you will develop, analyze and continuously support the new hydrogen projects and technical concepts to be deployed, focusing on early-stage evaluations and innovation. You will lead the work to establish a technical baseline for new hydrogen projects and validate the feasibility and attractiveness of such projects. You will also be driving the work to standardize and digitize H2GS' approach to new projects, including qualitative and quantitative materials and models. You will work in a cross-functional environment aimed at helping H2GS build our project portfolio.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, with regular travel to various locations as required.
Responsibilities:
Represent Hydrogen Technology in engagements on new early-stage projects (concept and early engineering phase), incl. channeling of information between projects and representing Hydrogen Technology in new project developments.
Identify, develop and manage the technical baseline and related queries for new hydrogen projects, including communication and collaboration with both internal and external counterparts.
Build the tools and models for how H2GS identifies and develops the most attractive new projects.
Run techno-economic analyses on plant design and technology choices and situations.
Monitor and evaluate new hydrogen technologies and its applicability for new projects, including hydrogen storage technologies and use cases for intermittent power profiles and electrolyzer capacities.
Coordinate all technical efforts from engineering to vendor relations in new project developments.

Qualifications
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a relevant field required; master's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as technical and/or business analyst, technical business developer, management consultant or similar role in the technical and/or business development field.
Experience in problem-solving within analytical situations and a strong interest in developing your analytical skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in multi-disciplinary project teams. You enjoy collaborating with others and helping to drive projects forward.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and capable of independently planning and prioritizing your tasks to achieve set goals.
