Production Logistics is part of Group Trucks Operations. We are an organization of approximately 650
colleagues, globally connected to deliver world class logistics solutions. We ensure that transportation is purchased, packaging is made available at our suppliers, material is transported to our production facilities, and vehicles are distributed to our customers on time. We design and optimize the Production Logistics supply chain for the Volvo Group, prepare logistics for new products and drive the Sales & Operations Planning process. Strategy & Digitalization, Production Logistics is a function responsible to drive the strategy, digitalization, sustainability while support the group within the strategic ambitions of developing new service offers. We work close with the operational functions as well as the market of supply chain and transport management which gives us a unique opportunity to drive business value in the operational processes while leveraging these in new service offers.

Connected Supply Chain in Strategy & Digitalization, Production Logistics
Our vision is to enable a sustainable, connected, and seamless Production Supply Chain, supporting todays and tomorrow's business. We lead the digital transformation, by Connecting Business, Data and People, to accelerate the strategy execution in GTO Production Logistics. Our responsibility is to set the digital vision, define our road map and to drive the Digital Supply Chain transformation. We are a skilled and motivated team covering the disciplines of Roadmap, Concept development, End-To-End solution coordination, Business Information Architecture, Advanced analytics, Automation, Data Science and Transformation.

Digitalization is becoming a more integrated part of our business and our transformation journey. We have big plans, and this role will play a vital part in transforming the production supply chain by allowing our operations to digitalize.

You have a strong interest and holistic perspective on how we can transform today's operation and our Production Supply Chain by utilizing new technology.

You have the will and confidence to drive conceptual changes with senior management.

To be successful in this role is it also important to be a skilled communicator, who manages stakeholders in a cross functional and multi-cultural environment with ease. You find energy in making a difference and have a positive and pragmatic attitude.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
What we absolutely need you to do
Run concept studies and transformation initiatives
Anchor roadmap and concept decisions
Stakeholder alignment
Secure that the overall Connected Supply Chain concept is kept throughout the roadmap development and project implementation
Secure an outside in perspective and industry adoption by performing relevant market studies and pilots

Have experience in automotive Supply Chain and digitalization
Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
A can-do mind-set with drive and energy for improvements and change
Project management and agile way of working
Curios, self-driven and a team player with good communication skills
Building strong collaboration with the stakeholders in your deliveries
Relevant university degree e.g. Master in Data Science, Supply Chain, Innovation or similar.
Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
