www.thulegroup.com We are now expanding our Concept Development team with an experienced Concept Designer passionate about turning user insights into relevant product concepts.
In this role you will have two strong focus areas to enable our expansion into new segments and in parallel ensure our market leader position within our existing segments.
As Concept Designer you will take part in creating product concepts and building great portfolios. You will also drive and produce visualization of concepts as well as take part in behavioural design, aesthetical design and strategic design.
The second focus area of this position is all about creating an outstanding user experience. By gathering insights and creating an understanding you will ensure that we are able to better help our users bring their life and live an active lifestyle. You will be the one to organize, facilitate, and share insights about our users that will influence the product development across all teams at Thule Group. You will work in close cooperation with our Design Department and Project Managers within different product categories.
You will be our strongest advocate for the user and we believe that you have a solid background as an concept designer with proven skill to design great products and product concepts from user insights. Your ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and management as well as balancing between multiple tasks/priorities and still consistently meeting deadlines will be a key success factor in this position. Furthermore - you hold an honest belief that making life easier for our users is really important. Naturally you have an academic degree in Industrial Design or equivalent, as well as fluency in English and Swedish.
