To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have at least 3 years certified fashion design education
Experience working as a commercial fashion designer in a leading role with equivalent of Concept designer responsibility setting vision and lead
Combine a love of fashion and an understanding of retail and forward trends with a professional attitude and strong salesmanship
Like to inspire others and have the skills of communicating your vision and product ideas
Have a great eye for details and extensive fabric/yarn knowledge
Used to working towards, and meeting clear deadlines
Fluent in English (written and spoken, Swedish not necessary)
