Job Description

Responsible for the concept's customer focus.
Responsible for the best assortment at a concept level in all channels; the right current fashion, coordinated assortment at the right time.
Set visions and targets and optimize results for the concept and the department both long term and short term.
Identify what products, colors & trends the customer will demand the coming season, set a visual goal for the concept and for the department.
Secure the concepts campaigns and activities together with Collection Manager.
Lead, inspire and develop the concepts design team.
Plan, lead and develop the design process in the concept.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have at least 3 years certified fashion design education
Experience working as a commercial fashion designer in a leading role with equivalent of Concept designer responsibility setting vision and lead
Combine a love of fashion and an understanding of retail and forward trends with a professional attitude and strong salesmanship
Like to inspire others and have the skills of communicating your vision and product ideas
Have a great eye for details and extensive fabric/yarn knowledge
Used to working towards, and meeting clear deadlines
Fluent in English (written and spoken, Swedish not necessary)
