Job Description
Do you love the Divided Girls, our most fashion forward customer and our products? Are you a Concept Fashion Designer, used to lead, drive, manage and generate excellent results with your team? Are you creative, forward thinking and can push the design vision for our concept? Then this might be the role for you!
As a Concept Designer at Divided
You lead and drive the visual goal and work with the assortment at concept level
You are responsible for the collection in all selling channels by ensuring that we offer the right current fashion, fully coordinated and according to clear visual goal at each given time
You inspire, lead and develop the concept's design team as a great communicator with solid leadership skills according to our group values
You ensure we provide our diverse global markets with this concept's best fashion products sold worldwide in all the H&M omni channels
This is Divided's biggest product group including all product ranges
Qualifications
We look for you who:
Have work experience as Concept designer or equivalent level of leading big design teams
Have experience from H&M group or similar global fashion high street brand
You have strong leadership skills and excellent visual and verbal communication abilities
You are a true fashion visionary who love and understand the Divided customer
You can prioritize and focus on what really makes the difference for the business
Are highly skilled in collection building to create the best customer offer for the Divided customer
You are agile and used to work across varied, ever changing time lines in a fast moving work environment
Experience from cross functional work with many and varied stakeholders
Have an interest in and experience from developing new working methods and implementing them with your team
Have a big picture understanding, can work with gap analysis and how to apply such knowledge to your concept
A true team player with an understanding of working in and building diverse teams
Are fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)

This is a 1-yr temporary position with potential opportunity for prolonged assignment or permanent hire, please note it is based in Stockholm Starting date: as soon as possible.
