FLOWTECH International AB develops and sells software for ship hydrodynamics and ship design.
Our core market is the marine industry. Our computational tools and services are frequently used in ship design,
research and development at companies, institutes and universities in more than 20 countries around the world.
FLOWTECH International AB was founded in 1989 and has its offices in Gothenburg Sweden.
Publiceringsdatum2010-07-05ArbetsuppgifterYour main tasks will be system programming, integration with other software and managing program releases.
Since FLOWTECH is a small company, you will participate in the full range of activities, including customer
support, giving courses and doing sales support. The latter activities usually include travelling abroad
to customer sites.
ErfarenhetWe think that you have a university or technical university Master's degree. You should have interest and
experience in applications that involve heavy numerical computations, and how to make them easy to use.
Experience and knowledge in C++ and Windows systems programming are required; experience in multithreading,
MPI, Fortran and/or Linux is a bonus.
The position requires that you speak and write English fluently. You are used to work under individual
responsibility and are able to handle many tasks and processes in parallel. We think that you are
a cooperative and outgoing person with good social skills. You take many initiatives and possess a
driving force in combination with a structural way of working.
