Xdin Analytix is currently looking to recruit new employees with experience from computation & analysis within the offshore industry or with strong wishes to develop in that area. Assignments are based in Gothenburg and Norway and we are expecting a steady expansion in the industry and would therefore like to tie you to one of our 70 engineers.
COMPETENCE
You have a couple of years experience of structural analysis (FEM), or CFD and experience from some of the commonly used industrial softwares (Abaqus, Ansys, Femap, Sesame, STAAD, USFOS, Fluent, Others). It is also desirable that you are familiar with one or more design standards (DNV, Norsok, Eurocode, ASME, etc.)
PERSONALITY & COMMITMENT
You must have the will and ability to work with deck equipment for offshore platforms or subsea-systems and structures, as a consultant for our customers. The work includes both global analysis on whole platforms as well as detailed studies on some heavily loaded structures. You must be driven, be organized and be able to ask the right questions.
