Volvo Penta is happy to announce that we are now hiring a Component Documentation Manager to our Diagnostic Tools & Software Support (DTSS) department. A Coordinator who has an extensive knowledge in Volvo documentation systems such as KOLA, VDA and Volvo Penta specific systems as ProSales, JDE or POS, and who is ready to take action.
About us:
Diagnostic Tools & Software Support is a department within the Volvo Penta Global Aftermarket - Global Technical Service organization that is responsible for development and support of aftermarket diagnostics tools (VODIA) and software distribution tools (Prosit+) for production. We are now enforcing the organization with employment of one Component Documentation Manager.
As Component Documentation Manager you will be a member of the production software distribution team (ProdSoft for short), your main tasks will be to:
• Secure registration of component sales in central systems for Aftermarket
• Register all new component sales to key customers
• Clean out back log of already delivered components
• Start pre-study of automating component registration from all Penta production sites
• Implement and roll out automated process globally
• Secure governance for maintaining automated process

Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills. As a person you are analytical, solution focused and comfortable to work both independently and in teams. Volvo Group documentation routines and processes together with Volvo Penta business knowledge is meriting as well.
You have curiosity and a drive to take on new possibilities. Challenge the existing structures with a genuine interest in documentation of vehicle electronics and IT-systems.
Documentation and communication with regional colleagues are kept in English as a prerequisite and Swedish is used in most of the daily communication in office. Travelling will be required on occasion.
