ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is one of five divisions within in the ASSA ABLOY Group. Our head quarter is situated ten minutes from the train station in a modern office in Landskrona. The majority of the management are located here, working globally.
We are looking for a Compliance Officer that will support the division in managing and reducing compliance risks, e.g. by providing a compliance management governing framework, setting up structures and processes, providing knowledge in terms of policies, guidelines, trainings andadvice and by continuously monitoring risk and proposing measures.
What you will be doing
The role as full time compliance officer is new, and you will play an important role in the development of the function and in continuing developing the division 's compliance program. Your main areas of responsibility will cover anti-bribery and anti-corruption, anti-trust and export control. You will be part of a small team consisting of the divisional General Counsel and Data Protection Manager.
You will actively and by own initiative develop and improve the compliance program within ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems ' global organization, lead the compliance network within the division. Together with the organization you will help identify, manage and solve compliance risks, advise on compliance topics. Your role will also be to support and develop a culture of compliance and integrity. You will work closely together with the management functions of the division 's respective business areas.
You can expect to communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. As the division has establishments all over the world, travel will be required from time to time.
What we are looking for
We believe you are a person that takes initiatives and manages activities on your own. You need good social skills; creating your network and ability to build trust is important. You are inspired by finding new ways of working. You have a strategic, long term thinking and you enjoy working in an international environment and find your way through a complex organization.
We think you have a minimum of five years ' experience from working in a law firm, as company in-house counsel or compliance officer in an international environment. You have experience from working with compliance matters and compliance management, e.g. anti-bribery, anticorruption, anti-trust and export control regulation As we are a small team, it will be considered a merit if you are able to support also in other legal day today matters.
