Ericsson's Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas: Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and Trade Compliance (compliance with customs, sanctions, and export control laws).
The Allegation Management and Assurance function drives the investigation and remediation function. This role reports directly to the Head of Allegation Management & Assurance and the location is Stockholm, Sweden.
You will
Help strengthen a culture of compliance and the tone from the top, where leaders "walk the talk" and establish compliance and integrity as fundamental values
Manage and mitigate compliance risk by supporting a speak up environment, triaging allegations, working with reporters, collaborating with Corporate Investigations and managing follow up of investigation-related remediation
Improve and ensure accurate operations of the function
Coordinate remediation-related meetings and drive effective outcomes crafted to prevent future misconduct
Manage reporting of data and statistics and document completion of remediation items and report to various remediation committees
Maintain a sound understanding of the local business activities and applicable laws and regulations and provide regular updates to leadership teams, the compliance organization and others, as needed
Draft compliance-related reports
To be successful in the role you must have
A Master of Law, Business, Accounting or other university degree suitable for compliance
Minimum 6 years working experience in compliance, legal or other relevant field (finance, audit) and at least 3 years of anti-bribery and corruption compliance experience with a particular focus on investigations
Experience in antitrust, competition, AML, data privacy or trade compliance is a plus
Demonstrated project leadership skills and the ability to prioritize multiple matters simultaneously
Excellent networking ability and interpersonal skills including handling executive level internal and external partners
International experience and cultural awareness
Proficient in English, second language desirable
Willingness to travel up to 30%
