Compliance office Allegation ManagementJob summary: Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of the Compliance Office, the Compliance Officer will develop, operate and maintain the Group's Allegation Management Office, that is responsible for the logging, triaging and follow-up of all allegations of potential breaches of the Code of Business Ethics, other policy's and directives and the law. In addition, the Compliance Officer will drive and support Ericsson's efforts to manage and mitigate risk within the compliance area in general on a worldwide basis. Responsibilities:* Develop, operate and maintain the Group's Allegation Management Office, that is responsible for the logging, triaging and follow-up of all allegations of potential breaches of the Code of Business Ethics, other policy's and directives and the law.* Drive and support Ericsson's efforts to manage and mitigate risk within the compliance area in general on a worldwide basis.* Support other units within Group Function Legal Affairs, as well as and other Group Functions, Market Areas and Business Areas with allegation management and compliance.* Collaborate with Corporate Investigations on suspected violations of Ericsson Code of Business Ethics* Take own initiatives to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and propose improvements in ways of working within the compliance area.
