Job Title: Compliance Officer Allegation Management - MANA

Ericsson's Compliance Office has the group responsibility for three compliance areas: Antitrust (compliance with competition law), Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and Trade Compliance (compliance with customs, sanctions, and export control laws).

Our Exciting Opportunity
We need a Compliance Officer within Allegation Management and Assurance for the Market Area North America (MANA). In this role you will report to the Head of Allegation Management & Assurance. We are responsible for the logging, triaging, documentation and follow-up of allegations of potential breaches of the Code of Business Ethics, other policies, directives or law.

Your main tasks and responsibilities
You will lead in developing a culture of compliance, setting an example for transparency and promoting an environment where speaking up in a professional manner is encouraged. In this position you have to support top and middle management in setting an adequate tone from the top, achieving a "walk the talk" approach to their business and establishing compliance and integrity as fundamental things we value. Furthermore, you will:
• Manage and mitigate compliance risk by supporting a speak up environment, handling allegations, working with reporters of concerns, collaborating with Corporate Investigations and managing follow up of investigation-related remediation.
• Improve and ensure accurate operations of the function.
• Coordinate remediation-related meetings and drive effective outcomes designed to prevent future misconduct.
• Manage reporting of data and statistics and document completion of remediation items and report to various remediation committees
• Maintain a sound understanding of the local business activities and applicable laws and regulations and provide regular updates to leadership teams, the compliance organization and others, as needed, regarding third party and allegation management activities and issues.
• Draft compliance-related reports

Your skills and qualifications
Education: Master of Law, Business, Accounting or other university degree suitable for compliance.
Minimum 6 years working experience in compliance, legal or other relevant field (finance, audit) and at least 3 years of anti-bribery and corruption compliance experience with a particular focus on investigations.
Experience in antitrust, competition, AML, data privacy or trade compliance is a plus.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple matters simultaneously.
Excellent networking ability and interpersonal skills including managing executive level internal and external partners.
International experience and cultural awareness.
Proficient in English, second language desirable.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
