hela Sverige Do you want to take part in an exciting journey in developing Group Compliance areas of responsibility and processes, adding new perspectives and interfaces between Risk and Compliance whilst working towards knowledge-intensive and central parts of Swedbank?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Work in a new unit within Group Compliance, Regulatory Compliance Risk. We are recruiting new team members for shouldering the new and extended Sustainability and Operational risks. Therefore, we are now looking for you with an excellent knowledge and experience within Financial or Information Security Risks
• Be part of a team with the task to establish a new unit in a new regulatory environment for Group Compliance
• Shape the bank 's journey in setting methods, controls, and processes relevant for the Regulatory Compliance risk area
• Perform work to assess and provide assurance in relation to Regulatory Compliance risk in relation to Financial Risk and/or IT and Information Security
• Support the business and other parts of Group Compliance with specialist competence in relation to Regulatory Compliance Risks in for example change initiatives (NPAP), regulatory implementation and other related matters
• Take on the main responsibility within the team and act as primary point of contact for Regulatory Compliance Risk in relation to Financial Risks and/or IT and Information Security
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Regulatory Compliance Risk unit, in Group Compliance and other units throughout the Group - all dedicated to the same cause
What is needed in this role:
• University education, legal or economic degree or similar
• At least 7 years of experience from working with regulatory matters in financial institution 's, regulatory authorities and/or financial consultancies
• Specialist competence regarding regulations relevant for Financial Risks (such as Capital risk, Credit risk, Liquidity risk and Market risk) and/or IT and Information Security
• Have a structured and creative mind, a humble attitude, and a strong belief in co-operation as the best approach to solve a problem
• A will to reach the teams goals with high standards in relation to deliveries and quality in end-results
• Experience from the regulatory sector and second or third line positions I appreciated but not necessary
• Be fluent in English, oral and written.
