The role will be an integral part of the global Legal and Regulatory team reporting to the Legal Compliance Manager in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand, monitor and review all regulatory developments, recognising areas which need improvements and acknowledging potential vulnerabilities;
• Assist the internal investigation of compliance issues;
• Provide day to day support to internal and external stakeholders on compliance issues;
• Assist in the drafting and implementation of internal policies, standards, procedures and guidelines;
• Assist in the creation and implementation of internal compliance training;
• Identify any process, organization, operational product and/or technical areas potentially impacted by non-compliance, develop and oversee relevant remedial plans in collaboration with other departments;
• Conduct various reviews, assessments, and investigations in accordance with regulatory and internal/external requirements;
• Assist the audit procedures of regulators and Kambi operators;
• Communicate with the licensing authorities and liaise with external advisors;
• Work closely with Legal and Regulatory, IT Operations, Product and Business Development departments to identify areas of the business where there is a risk of non-compliance and develop policies to reduce the risk;
• Provide compliance advice in respect of existing and new regulatory requirements to support internal functions

Enter Requirement:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages' standard features
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• A good understanding of broad compliance issues, implementation, processes and initiatives
• 2 years experience in a similar position within a regulated industry
• Good team worker, relationship builder and experienced at working across different functions
