What you will be a part of
Dynamics, a business area of Saab, offers ground combat weapons, missile systems, torpedoes, sensor systems, unmanned underwater vehicles, signature management systems and training systems for armed forces as well as remotely operated vehicles and security systems for the offshore industry and nuclear power plants.
You will be leading our project in identifying how our business area should comply to and consequently amend our business processes to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation and Federal Acquisitions Regulation in regards to customer requirements and expectations.It will be on a project basis and you will report directly to Steering Committee with a direct report line to our CFO.
Your role
The responsibility is to gather information from existing and upcoming regulations in countries concerned and with support from our and other Business Areas to adapt this to necessary amendments in our contacts, processes and contracts.
The responsibility will also be to implement the changes and support the business concerning audits and general compliance questions.
Your skills and experience
To be able to work independently in this role, we expect you to have a number of years of experience in the finance area, preferably in an organization in constant change. You are used to supporting the business in several areas and willing to walk an extra mile to get things done.You have experience from managing projects with stakeholders from various functions and to complete the tasks with high quality and on time.It is favorable if you have experience from export companies working in the U S market and in that context, has knowledge and understanding of the FAR/DFAR contract regulations.
You have a university degree in Finance with advanced skills in accounting.
Since you will represent the function both internally and externally, you need to interact well with both stakeholders and colleagues and work across cultural barriers. You need an analytical and structured way of working with a global perspective. International work experience and having worked in large global companies, is a merit.
Primarily, this position is placed at our centrally located office at Karlskoga. Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, is occurring.
This position includes access to classified information, therefore you are required to conduct a security screening in accordance with the Protective Security Act and be approved for security clearance by the authority.
