hela Sverige As Compliance officer you will have a central function in TMH Commercial Finance 's and Toyota Industries Finance International 's (TIFI) operations. TMH Commercial Finance has started a very interesting development containing cross border activities from Sweden and have set up branches in Germany, France and Italy. Your contacts will be both in Sweden and abroad. Toyota's corporate values give you the possibility to develop and grow with the company.
The Company's offering of financial products and service level is based on standardized products and cost efficient solutions providing reasonable reward at an acceptable risk level, all to support the group's needs in terms of product financing. TIFI is handling the Group's activities on the finance market and is also responsible for the Group internal Treasury functions. You will manage Compliance related issues in TMH Commercial Finance and TIFI. To fulfill External and internal compliance requirements is an important function in the companies' aim to fulfil the strategy. You will report to the Managing Director.
Assignments as Compliance Officer:
Manage Compliance in TMH Commercial Finance AB and TIFI
Be an important player in the projects for TMH Commercial Finance AB ( incl. the Branches) and TIFI
You have a university degree with experience in Compliance activities in the Banking sector. Professional experience regarding banking regulations and Compliance activities are important qualifications. You should also be able to support other functions in the company in legal issues. We expect you to be fluent in English.
As an individual you have a good capacity to cooperate with others but can also be independent and self-driven. You should have a good ability to communicate with a high level of integrity. We expect you to be solution-oriented with an ability to explain and visualize complex items in an understandable way. You are interested in training and informing others in the group regarding your areas of responsibility.
Toyota's goal is to be Number one in Material handling in Europe. TMHE has two companies operating in the Finance area - TMH Commercial Finance AB offering customer finance, and TIFI - the Group Treasury. TMH Commercial Finance AB Business strategy is to offer financial products to Toyota customers to support the TMHE sales companies and Toyota dealers.
