hela Sverige We are a looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager with focus on flight operations who wants to join our competent team. Within Saab Flight Operations, the Compliance Monitoring function is divided in two CMM roles, CMM Flight Ops with focus on flight operational matters and CMM CA with focus on continuing airworthiness (CAMO). We are now seeking a new CMM with focal point on the flight operational part. Welcome with your application!
Your role
As CMM flight ops you will be managing the Compliance Monitoring System to ensure that regulatory compliance is maintained across our flight operations. Saab Flight Operations consist of:
* AOC operating according to CAT and NCC regulations.
* Special Flight Operations operating according to SPO regulation.
* Approved Training Organisation, ATO.
The CMM serves a key role in the organisations management by providing regulatory expertise and promote continuous improvement of safety and compliance matters within the organisation.
The CMM reports directly to the Accountable Manager.
You will assume the regulatory roles of CMM in our AOC, SPO and ATO supporting and advising the Accountable Manager regarding the oversight of the compliance of the organisation with the applicable regulations to maintain its operating approval status.
You will establish good working relationships within the Flight Operations organisation as well as throughout the Saab AB organisation. The role as CMM is subject to the prior acceptance by the Swedish Transport Agency.
This position could be combined with flight service at MU-2 (aerial target and calibration flights).
The role includes:
* You will be responsible to establish and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme as well as conducting, reporting and follow-up flight operational audits within that programme.
* Ensure that the Compliance Monitoring Program is properly implemented, maintained, continually reviewed and improved.
* Maintains regular contact with the accountable manager to brief on the status of the audit programme and on the status of findings as well as any potential issues being identified, e.g by hosting the Compliance Review Board, CRB.
* Provide compliance monitoring oversight of contracted and subcontracted suppliers.
* Liaise with aviation authorities on regulatory matters, organisational approval and compliance matters.
* Administer external audits and inspections performed on Saab Flight Operations by the authorities or external stakeholders (Authority audit, SAFA inspections etc).
* To verify, by monitoring, that the standards required by the Authorities and any additional requirements defined by Saab Flight Operations, are implemented in the company documentation and manuals.
* Review manuals for internal acceptance before publication.
* Ensure that the responsible nominated person implements effective corrective actions as a response to findings.
* Review regulation changes and advice the organisation when these affect the operations.
* Participate and contribute at Safety Review Board, SRB.
* Ensure that personnel engaged in compliance (both internal and external) are properly trained and have sufficient qualifications.
* Act as a coordinator in the internal reporting system.
Qulifications / Experience
* Relevant experience in the aviation industry preferably a broad flight operational background.
* Prior experience of working with Aviation Regulators and aviation customers.
* Detailed working knowledge of regulations and standards relevant to the scope of operations.
* Preferably accredited Lead Auditor / Auditor qualification.
* Good knowledge and experience of Compliance Monitoring Systems and auditing.
* Preferably completion of accredited SMS training.
Key Competencies and Skills
* You will have a strong knowlege of EASA, national and other governing rules and regulations that affect the operations.
* Strong managerial skills preferably with previous management experience.
* Strong drive in promoting a safety and compliance culture.
* Professional attitude.
* Ability to coordinate simultaneous multiple tasks and projects.
* Ability to organise, structure and plan.
* Ability to plan and conduct tasks in a set timeframe and work towards deadlines.
* Well-developed IT skills.
* Preferably fluent in Swedish and English in both writing and speech.
