Job Summary
Looking for the green field opportunity to take your career to the next level? Look no further, here you will be enabling the enablement of a modern and future proof Digital Security solutions taking SMT into the 2020s and beyond.
You will be a key player and with the global team have full responsibility to enable the new Governance, Risk & Compliance landscape for SMT, which includes driving the ITGC and GRC portfolio from an Digital Security point of view, supporting the existing business processes realized both on prem and in the cloud as well as driving the change to support a fully digitized business process while at the same time supporting the external and internal regulatory requirements our business face.
You will have flexible working conditions and your base will be in Sandviken, Sweden, but due to the fact that the SMT business is not solely located in Sandviken, international travel is a requirement for this role.
You will report to the Head of Digital Security & Compliance.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in IT or the equivalent experience including Digital Security and IT Governance Risk and Compliance with a strong customer focused mindset. We don't want to be Naysayers rather we want to be enablers that coach the business into an appropriate solution. Previous experience from the area is advantageous.
Preference will be given to holders of relevant Digital Security certifications, e.g.: CISSP, GIAC, etc.
As networking with global business stakeholder is crucial to this role, fluent English is a requirement. Other language skills as well as experience with other cultures will be a merit.
A key focus in the SMT Digital Security function is to enable all members to grow, as such you will be expected to contribute to the personal development of your colleagues while also being reciprocated.
