As a Compliance Manager you will be interacting and collaborating with a diverse and international team of colleagues in all areas of the business. You will report directly to Executive Vice President Legal and Compliance and be a member of the legal and compliance team. You will handle matters independently and with full responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Skills and Experience

• You have a master's in law from an accredited European law school or University.

• A documented work experience of minimum three years in first line of defense and you have at least worked for three years with compliance matters at a law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel or similar.

• Good communication skills and well-documented and appreciated leadership qualities.


Fluent in Swedish and English language, both in speaking and writing.

Your role at Aurobay

As a Compliance Manager you will:

• Develop and implement a robust compliance framework, policies, and procedures in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal guidelines.

• Oversee the day-to-day compliance operations, including monitoring, escalations, surveillance, and reporting on compliance risks, incidents, and breaches.

• Conduct regular risk assessments, compliance reviews, and audits to identify and address any compliance gaps or weaknesses.

• Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders.

• Deliver and develop compliance training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance obligations.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with external regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this position you have an extensive knowledge of compliance work and an understanding of automotive regulations, compliance, and industry trends. You are used to handle matters independently and you have a problem-solving and business-oriented mind-set. You have an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and a dynamic environment. You need to be a result-oriented self-starter and a team player, and you need to be able to translate complex matters into useful business actions.

You are a curious and communicative person with high integrity and loyalty. You are self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
