Job focus
We are looking for one permanent compliance manager to Pfizer Strängnäs, Sweden. As compliance manager, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the compliance with cGMP. The team responsibilities include management of quality systems such as validation, change management, deviation handling, documentation system, internal audit as well as regulatory filing (CMC).
The quality compliance is crucial part of the manufacturing authorization and the GMP certificates issued by regulatory authorities.
Your responsibilities include:
• Internal audit program
• On site Regulatory Authority audits preparation, performance and response process
• Quality agreement
• Actively participate in the sites work in continuous improvements, independently as well as in team oriented improvement activities.
Your responsibility is to review quality compliance with cGMP and Pfizer internal requirements.
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• A bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
• At least five years of experience from pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
• Ability to in a cooperative and educational manner work with Managers and colleagues on compliance improvements.
