Responsibilities and Tasks
The Global Compliance Coordinator has an important administrative and coordinating role. The role is supporting Chief Compliance Officer, who is based in the US, and the DPO, based in Stockholm, with administrative tasks but also with e.g. program management, scheduling the right education in different countries and for different operations, monitoring, quality control, software update, etc.
At present, we foresee at least the following basic tasks:
To administer and support organizing and scheduling various program meetings, agendas and related presentation content.

Program management to include data entry and quality control of information entered into various vendor provided and internally developed platforms/databases, etc.

Monitoring employee inquires received through various dedicated company channels related to data privacy or compliance.

Otherwise supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in program implementation and change management.

The Compliance Coordinator is based in Stockholm and is the person to whom the organization is able to approach when simpler questions regarding data protection and compliance occur.

Profile and qualifications
The successful candidate should be an energetic self-starter who is willing to work in both highs and lows. Significant time will be spent interacting with key stakeholders, including aligning with internal business partners and as well as monitoring external service providers. Accordingly, good interpersonal skills are a must.
The right candidate should be prestigious, informal, and service minded, as well as being comfortable providing support and direction. You should have some exposure to and have a basic understanding of data protection and compliance in order to be able to assume the role. Meritorious is previous experience in data protection and compliance work.
You must have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, change management or paralegal skills in an international corporate environment.
Husqvarna's corporate language is English. We expect you to have exceptional oral and written communications skills.
