• Assess complete powertrain features in vehicles (e.g. fuel consumption/CO2, performance, noise, durability) through complete powertrain simulations using the GSP simulation tool
• Make complete powertrain optimization proposals (SW & HW)
• Recommend test procedures based on GSP simulations. Validate models using test results
• Provide projects with status reports on simulation findings
• GSP model development
• Actively participate and contribute to networks within GTT to develop simulations, tools, and processes
• Contribute to increased understanding of the potential of simulation within the organization
Required qualifications:
• M.Sc. or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Experience from powertrain development and good understanding of HD powertrain product usage
• Preferable previous experience of working with GSP
• Skilled in Matlab/Simulink
• Fluent in English
