Our Customer Complaint department consists of ten employees and focuses on the post market surveillance of the globally installed base of MAQUET products. We are performing technical investigations and authority reporting and assist the customers with feedback and investigation results as many other tasks. The department plays a significant role in understanding the customer needs during the complete product lifecycle and contributing to maintain safe products.
We are now strengthening our team by recruiting two structured and goal oriented Complaint Managers.
The position
In this position you will be responsible for evaluating and resolving customer complaints. You will be a part of a learning organization by working with continuous process improvements and contributing to fulfill the department goals.
You will be responsible for parts of the customer complaint process, which includes the following steps:
• Evaluation of complaint information and request additional if needed
• Create decisions regarding authority reporting
• Risk assessment
• Product failure analysis
• Technical investigations
• Create and response findings and results back to customer
• Statistical evaluation of potential trends
• CAPA handling (Correction and Preventive actions)
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have 1-3 years experience from similar work tasks together with an education in Civil Engineering or Quality. Experience from a regulatory environment and from the Med-Tech industry is favorable. You are fluent in Swedish as well as in English and you have a structured, accurate and precise attitude. Further, you are a communicative and goal oriented team player who is stimulated by running many parallel activities.
