Key performance areas
As Complaint Manager you own and develop the process of the complaint handling for all products within the product management organization. You are the customers' voice in our organization. Your objective is to continuously improve the process so that our customers are satisfied, and we can be proud of how we handle complaints.
You will analyze trends and suggest strategies for how to handle quality issues found in multiple product areas, and support our sales units in difficult complaint matters. You will also chair complaint groups within the different product areas: turning, milling, drilling and machine integration.
Your profile
You have education equivalent to a Master of Science degree within the area of mechanical engineering, or other relevant education, combined with experience in metal cutting and production technology. Experience from working with global customers is beneficial.
Your best asset is your ambition to focus on the customer. As a person, you are an enthusiastic go-getter with good analytical abilities. You are creative and open to change, with the ability to prioritize, organize, plan and coordinate in a complex organization. You take a holistic view and have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. The position involves a number of international contacts and requires fluency in English, in both speaking and writing.
