Competence Management Lead - this is what you'll do:
We are part of a transformation requiring high performing organization, global talent optimization and positive leadership - this is where you will have a critical role. Making sure we have the right skills will be key to growth and therefore we are now looking for you who will be responsible for ensuring competence management, skills planning and analytics within Global Commercial.
Based on analysis and scenarios of the future skills needs, you will support the business to identify gaps and opportunities and develop solid plans for how, and where, to acquire, upskill and re-skill talent to secure business critical competencies. You need to actively monitor global trends and understand where the right capabilities can be found and built. You will work closely with the PX business partners in our different markets as well as the global team.
As self-development is one of our core competencies, you are also responsible for providing a learning culture where our employees grasp and get the opportunity to grow with the business.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people and can build trusted relationships. You will be the go-to person for expertise related to this area, therefore positive attitude and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. This together with the willingness to coach and support contributes to organizational development. Besides that, you are willing to take "hands-on" tasks and are good at planning your work accordingly. With your great experience combined with the ability to come up with new ideas, you will be able to bring this role to the necessary level.
Qualifications:
This is the role for you with several years of experience in working within a global company or as a management consultant where you have focused and contributed to change management and skills planning. You know how to create a solid people development plan which is tightly linked to the business plan. You have an interest in the latest trends and you are curious to find out which new technical solutions that can add value.
You also have:
• Advanced English communication skills
• Experience working with highly visible projects in an international environment
• Experience facilitating workshops
• Used to working with analytics, understanding the data and what gaps require actions
• HR or business leader with experience in industries with a high focus on customer experience
