We are seeking a dedicated and competent leader for temporary assignment as Staff responsible/Competence lead to our well-known client in Stockholm. You will be responsible for an engineering team consisting of 15 initial members with potential for growth. This role will demand strong leadership and the ability to guide and support the employees and the team through an important transition phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff responsibility for engineers with different competence profiles such as Application specialists and developers within SAP Finance and other applications
• Collaborate with multiple product owners in the area, as team members are distributed to different product teams.
• Cooperation with other Engineering Managers/Competence Leads for engineering to ensure smooth collaboration
• Supporting their employees' development, through continuous dialogue
• Working with performance management for their employees
• Supporting their employees during the departments ongoing transformation work
• Potentially manage additional team members from other areas.

Qualifications
• You have proven experience in a similar leadership role with staff responsibility.
• You have knowledge of Finance Solution deliveries.
• You have demonstrable experience and proven track record of accomplishment of successful in change management and teams' management.
• You are a dedicated, flexible leader with a passion for coaching.
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-01-31, with possible extension.
