Job Description

For one of Business Tech's Product Areas, Partner Connectivity, we are looking for a Competence Lead Service Owner. The Product Area is responsible for fulfilling customer deliveries through a flexible and sustainable partner ecosystem and you will work in close collaboration with our partners and internal stakeholders all over the world.

About the role
The role has a dual focus including both staff responsibility for employees within a competence area, as well as contributing as a Service Owner within your product team. As a Competence Lead you are a key enabler of the agile way of working, ensuring that employees have the best possible circumstances to develop and grow. Through your own deliveries you keep a connection with the ongoing business to remain a relevant speaking partner to the employees. The Service Owner role is a broad role where you will set the foundation and be a part of creating our future solutions in a team that aims to have a helicopter view upon how operation is working together with many different products. You will be working closely with the Service Team and Product Team to set the way of working and collaboration in an efficient way. You will handle a complex cross functional service delivery from both inhouse and vendor perspective, giving you the overall view in order to achieve service mission. Furthermore, you will:
Work with performance management and salary review for employees
Support employee development through continuous dialogue
Recruitment of new employees, taking an active part in the recruitment process
Be accountable for that the service(s) over time deliver value and meet stakeholders' expectations and business' needs - ensure cost efficient, stable, and sustainable service operation and delivery
Follow-up and monitor IT services deliveries against IT service level agreements with stakeholders and external suppliers and report on status
Keep information of the IT service(s) up to date and ensure that requirements on delivery is aligned with supplier contract
Identify improvement areas in both the service and process together with our suppliers and partners
Own the transfer of the product team taking on DevOps responsibility for the product

Qualifications

We are looking for

You understand how to navigate different stakeholders and how to align and compromise on shared agendas and utilize your ability to balance different situations. You generously share your knowledge and expertise to support and enable others and teams to succeed.
We think that you have experience in:
Leadership and staff responsibility
Service Architecture, offerings and agreements
Incident and problem management processes
Service Now and Jira
Agile development methodology
Working in complex systems where integration and business rules are important factors
Supplier negotiations
Complex IT system architecture in larger companies
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Considered an added-value:
Knowledge and experience from IT Warehouse and Supply chain systems
Knowledge and experience from Carrier and TMS systems
Knowledge and experience from DevOps set ups
Experience working with IT partners in the Supply Chain context
Experience in Azure integrations
