Volvo Penta operates service market through 3.200 dealers globally. These business partners are the ones who deliver the customer satisfaction to the end-customers.
The Global Competence Development function within Global Parts & Services secures, in close collaboration with the Business Units and Geographical Growth Areas:
Coordination of the training development in the service market.
The current and initial scope for this function is product related training (to our dealers).
The commercial and soft areas are in progress.
Using the latest digital platforms available such as Virtual Reality Augmented reality we meet the demands from our customers.
Mission/purpose
The media content manager is responsible for our recording studio and equipment.
Responsible for development of video related material at global Competence Development department.
The job includes setting up standards, processes, and guidelines for video development, building up storylines, gather information from our technical training specialists, produce and editing video content and plan delivery launches.
You will be responsible for the studio set up and production of live events and webinars.
You will for these events act as a resource for hole Volvo Penta.
Key responsibilities
Create and evolve work processes, standards and templates for video content development.
Produce and edit media content for competence development usage.
Gather and structure requirements and learning objectives to build excellent competence packages.
Plan filming/events/webinars I co-operation with the internal customer.
Own the booking and planning of all filming (events, townhall and webinars).
Experience/Knowledge
Experienced and knowledgeable in producing and editing video material.
Experienced and knowledgeable in working with video production equipment such as camara, sound and light settings.
Good knowledge in building and creating competence development packages for video usage.
Very good knowledge and experience of editing tool such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, aftereffects, or similar software.
