We are skilled at surveying and gathering the exact data needed. We have offices in several locations throughout Europe, and plans are underway to broaden our presence. We are currently 250 employees at our offices in Norway, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Canada and the Czech Republic.

We are strenghening our organization with a
COMPETENCE CENTER MANAGER
In this role you will have the responsibility of developing the group's strategy and plan for training, educating and developing our employees. You will setup an annual training program of activites in this area, based on the needs within the organization and the demands from the market. You will work together with managers in identifying and analyzing these needs and demands. It is also your duty to handle the solicitation process with various providers of education and the relations with schools within our field of technology. You will administrate the registration of participants and the realisation and evalutation of each activity in the annual training program.
In this role you will be in charge of our succeful Trainee Program and the matchmaking with the recruitment plans in the organization using our Certification program and Competence matrix. Together with HR you will develop our employer offer towards new recruits. You will also take an active part in developing and executing the introduction process.
This role require excellent people and communication skills, to build and maintain networks within the organiation as well as externally. You need analytical skills in order to to map out the future competence demands and align our competence strategy. You will work closely with our managers and HR. You need to have an independent drive and the ability to make things happen. We are looking for a prestigeless person who is able to handle administrative tasks combined with strategic analysis and planning.
Your placement will be at one of our offices in Sweden, Finland or Norway. Frequent traveling is needed for this role.
Formal requirements for this role:
Relevant degree or in other ways acquired knowledge matching this role
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Finnish
Driving license
Useful experience for this role:
Work experience within marketing and/or sales and/or solicitation and/or HR
Work experience within the business of surveying, BIM or building/infrastructure or Architecture/construction
Work experience from project management
Previous employment within Exact Group
