Committed to strengthening our Compensation & Performance team, we are currently looking to attract an experienced Compensation & Performance Specialist for our Businesses in the Nordics and Baltics (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). In this role, you represent the needs of the area/region to the global Performance & Reward function and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Operational Global Business Services (GBS) to provide a seamless service to the business. The location for this role is in Sweden.

Your responsibilities
Act daily as the speaking partner to the business to advice on strategy, process and best practices applied in relation to compensation and performance in the Nordics and Baltics
Execute and contribute to the strategies in the area of compensation and performance in alignment with Group guidance, policies, and procedures.
Implement and continuously optimize compensation programs in the Nordics and Baltics and determine on the effectiveness of programs, initiatives and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders in order to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through existing, new, and/or improved HR practices, processes or compensation and performance policies.
Monitor Total Rewards market trends in the Nordics and Baltics in order to recommend consistent solutions.
Formulate financial plans and budget estimates for the C&P function area in the Region/Cluster and manage adherence to agreed plans and budgets.
Manage vendor relationships, instruct service providers and monitor quality and cost of delivery.
Ensure compliance with legislation and HR policies stand in line with the policies in the functional area of responsibility.

Your background
Fully qualified HR professional with a University degree and a significant number of years of experience in HR / Compensation.
Finnish experience is essential, as is experience in any of the other Nordic/Baltic countries is preferable.
Expertise in compensation programs and their administration and the broader HR strategy, anticipating customer needs and identifying solutions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and HRIS (e.g. SAP/ Workday).
You bring a good portion of pragmatism, decisiveness and willingness to develop solutions, and proven economic skills.
You are proven in dealing with HR colleagues and executives, effectively communicating, collaborating and interfacing with senior management.
Your high commitment, resilience and flexibility will help you to develop solutions even for challenging topics and time bottlenecks.
Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement and other Nordic and/or Baltic languages especially Finnish would be desirable.
