What will you do?
As part of the Global Rewards team you will, in cooperation with your colleagues, be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our global Compensation solution in Workday and work in projects with the aim to add new functionality in the system. You will work in close cooperation with the HR team, as well as the HR Tech team, in order to ensure that we are keeping Axis business needs as our number one priority. Our team is driving the agenda for everything from Global Reward directives, Pension and Insurance strategy to Compensation and Benefits practices in Sweden.
The position is based in Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden and travels are included in the role from time to time.
Global Rewards Team
The purpose of our team is to support our strategy in creating global solutions, support in local implementation and act as advisors to the business. As a member of our small and close-knit team you will experience pride in developing an important cornerstone in Axis HR system (Workday), collaborating cross functionally, for our people to thrive and help us in our continuous work to make Axis Compensation and Benefit-package even stronger!
About you
We are looking for a curios, efficient and engaged colleague, with experience in Compensation and from working in a modern HR Tech environment. In order to be successful in the role we think you need to love systems and structure, but also get energy from interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
As a person you are meticulous and have good cooperation- and organizational skills. You appreciate change in your working environment and enjoy being part of a transformation journey. You enjoy teamwork and are a prestige-less person with high level of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to learn new things lies within the core of your personality and you feel comfortable to step outside your comfort zone and be challenged.
You have a bias towards action, recognize issues and implement a solution. You have an ability to prioritize - seamlessly moving between projects and tasks, without losing sight of what is important.
In addition to this you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant field
* Great skills in Office, especially Excel
* Experience of working in a global organization and experience of working with salary structures, job evaluation and other related areas within Compensation are a plus
