Responsible for covering the area of Compensation and Benefits activities managed and driven by the Human Resources function in Sweden, Denmark and Norway (1500 employees in total). The responsibilities include close cooperation with line management, coordination of related activities on an annual and needs basis. Responsible for design of processes and material, delivering strategic and operational C&B support and training focusing managers and others as appropriate. The C&B Partner is also responsible for follow up and control of processes and outcome in areas of responsibility.
Main Job Responsibilities
Be a strategic and Operational partner to the organization within the Compensation and Benefits area including reward and recognition. Serve as a department liaison with other department heads to ensure high quality and appropriate implementation of compensation and benefits guidelines, processes and activities.
Responsible for the overall management with regards to rewards and recognition activities, including monitoring of processes, completion of training needs and schedule, ensuring measurement of activities are conducted.
Coordinate and plan activities and processes following the local as well as regional calendar, based on the business needs and the strategic focus.
In conjunction with the Head of C&B, create the strategic direction for the area of responsibility within Fujitsu Sweden, Denmark and Norway and align to the overall International direction.
Responsible for harmonization of working conditions and benefits, including business case analysis as well as union counselling and negotiations together with the responsible country HR lead.
Responsible for development and alignment to strategies and processes related to the area of responsibility. Coordinate related processes for Fujitsu Sweden and as a subject matter expert support and guide HR colleagues, both on a day-to-day basis and in projects.
Responsible for managing bonus, incentive and reward systems and programs in HR. Advise and influence line management on options to implement pay plan allocation.
Develop and align reward and recognition programs and systems in line with company guidelines and needs. Develop models to demonstrate the financial consequences of reward arrangements and return on investment.
Responsible for frequently conduct benchmarks in area of responsibility
Responsible for job evaluation and related C&B analysis
Within area of responsibility manage and ensure use of high-quality service providers and vendors
Expatriation Program and Queries coordination for area of responsibility
Responsible for Relocation coordination
Education, experience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree is recommended, can be human resources, business or finance or other equivalent. Experience from working in a specialist C&B role for an International organisation and with a minimum of 4 years of experience within the C&B area. Ideally in the ICT industry. Documented knowledge and experience in labour relations area (negotiation skills). Is seen as an expert for guidance and advice in the area of responsibility. Is experienced in job sizing/job evaluation methods and applies these objectively and consistently. Negotiation skills, ability to lead by example, strong communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen. Target-oriented and structured. Financial skills. Project lead expert. Experienced in driving the annual C&B cycles.
You also have to be fluent in Swedish and English.
Expert knowledge of Excel is required.
