On behalf of Inter IKEA group and Core Business Supply, we are now looking for an analytical profile to become a part of our Compensation & Benefit and Mobility team!

Job Description
In this role you will focus on the specific needs of analytics and insights in the area within Compensation & Benefit and Mobility.
On behalf of total Inter IKEA group, you will be responsible to:
Collect internal and external data and conduct fact-based analysis as a base for decision making
Propose solutions and actions with focus on total Inter IKEA business success
Be close to the different dimensions we are operating in; country perspective, core business perspectives as well as different units within a core business.
Contribute actively to the development of approaches, tools and working methods based on your experience, expertise and area of responsibility.
Show the IKEA values in your daily business approach
Qualifications
To be successful in the role as Compensation & Benefits and Mobility Specialist we see that you have an analytical mind-set and the capability to translate analysis into clearly understood insights. You also have the curiosity to understand the different realities within the Inter IKEA Group and how that impacts the area of Compensation & Benefits and mobility. Moreover, we believe that you have a broad understanding of business operations in an international company.
We also see that:
You have at least a couple of years working experience where your focus has been on providing analysis and insights to the business. Preferably within the area of Compensation & Benefits, or within other related fields
You understand how Compensation & Benefit and Mobility can contribute to business success and is driven by how analysis and insights can contribute to business development
You are skilled in excel and power BI
You have great communication skills and get motivated by working together in a complex stakeholder reality

Please note: For this role we will see you being placed in one of our Supply Units Locations in either Europe (Älmhult and Milano) or Asia (Shanghai).
