Your crew
People & Culture in Sweden consists of six people working closely together and we are now strengthening our team with a new star. In Gothenburg we have 3 colleagues working both locally and globally to support our business. Katrin is our Global People & Culture, Annelie, our P&C specialist supporting us with administration, reporting and payroll and our newest colleague Veronica as local Business Partner. And our People & Culture team in Linköping. Together we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, but we are all connected through our values - Curious, Passionate and Together!
Your mission
You can wear multiple hats in a dynamic role that combines Compensation & Benefits, People & Culture, and local Business Partner activites. You'll be operating globally with a special focus on Sweden, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on implementation across all our sites.
• Enhance Rewards Framework: Continuously improve our grading and pay structures, adhering to EU transparency directive.
• Market Analysis: Annually conduct benchmark analyses to keep us competitive and agile.
• Bonus Management: Run our global bonus process to connecting people excellence to our organizational performance.
• Local Salary Reviews: Supporting the salary review process in Sweden, offering expert guidance and handling reporting/admin tasks.
Your story
• Experience: 2 years in compensation & benefits, including benchmarking and LTI plan design.
• Excel Proficiency: Essential for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex compensation data.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a rapidly changing industry.
• Communication: Comfortable in providing training sessions and pro-actively cascading information.
• Positive Attitude: Can-do-will-do approach with strong business mindset.
• Nice to have: Experience with SuccessFactors, proven HR partnering skills thriving in both global and local hands-on tasks.
