As we are currently building the organization within Nevs and growing fast, we need to strengthen our HR function and are therefore looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager
Description
As Compensations and Benefits Manager, you will be overall responsible for and drive the Compensation and Benefits strategies within HR and Nevs. You will be part of an HR team of 7 persons and report to the VP Human Resources.
You will be responsible for activities such as;
• ensure qualitative Compensation standards and processes
• ensure competitive Salary structures in Sweden and China
• responsibility for Salary Increase process
• conduct Annual Salary Reviews in Trollhättan together with HR Managers
• overall responsibility for outsourced Payroll Services
Responsibility also includes Benefit and Rewarding programs such as;
• corporate benefit policies in both countries
• investigate and implement local benefit programs in Trollhättan
• overall responsibility for Pension and Insurances schemes
In this role you will liaise with government departments and local trade unions with regards to compensation and benefits issues.
You will have the responsibility and opportunity to build this function within Nevs as we are growing. This can lead to future managerial responsibility.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has;
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or equivalent
• at least five years of experience of qualified Compensations and Benefits work, combined with some years of experience from general HR work
• experience of working with collective agreements Teknikavtalet IF Metall and Teknikavtalet Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/Ledarna
Experience from working within an international business, mainly in China, will be seen as great valuable.
You master English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
To be successful in this role, you need to;
• have the ability to work independently in a structured way
• possess good communication skills
• have the ability to deal with ambiguity and be solution oriented

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
