hela Sverige Job Summary: The Company Control Hub Northern Central Europe & Central Asia (CCHUB) was established 2010 and is the prime guarantor of financial information, compliance, governance and risk management for all companies and branch offices within Northern Central Europe & Central Asia. The Company Control HUB also supports and adds value to the business (business owners, business controllers and Ericsson mgmt) by providing expert accounting, treasury and tax advice, and by securing compliant solutions for complex business transactions from a legal entity perspective. The Company Control Hub Northern Central Europe & Central Asia is today supporting companies in CU UK & Ireland, CU Western Europe, CU Northern and Central Europe, CU Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Sweden. The hub main locaitions are Stockholm, Bucharest, Düsseldorf and Reading. As the company controlling unit manager, you will lead a team of company controlling specialists and managers supporting the different countries within the hub scope. You will be responsible to secure the quality of the services to your customers, implement changes and drive improvements within the team. Job Responsibilities: Experience with financial processes and directives in Legal entityYou will assist and lead auditsLegal entity FIRE and statutory accounting knowledgeEOM ExpertiseKnowledge of financial management of legal entitiesYou will lead Merger and Acquisitions Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Finance Integration Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor in Business Administration or similarSeveral years experience in finance accounting and reportingExperience in IFRS / GAAPEnglish Skills; Russian language skills would also be a plusUnderstanding of Financial SystemsYou have financial Analysis skillsKnowledge of treasury and financial Model You will be responsible for delivering results and meeting customer expectationsYou can lead, mentor and superviseSocial and leadership skillsCoping and analytical skills.
