hela Sverige We are looking for a controller that will be part of the finance department of Wärtsilä Sweden AB. The team consists of a manager and two controllers but involves a lot of interaction with other parts of the Wärtsilä organization as several tasks are centralized to a shared service center and business control center.
Your tasks include for example
: - Daily bookkeeping
• Local treasury tasks
• Account reconciliations - Involvement in monthly and yearly closings
• Management reporting
• VAT and income tax issues Main responsibilities are:
• Support in questions related to finance and control activities within own responsibility area.
• Provide reports and conduct analysis on the financial performance.
• Ensure that financial information is in compliance with Corporate and local guidelines (corporate manual, accounting manual, local legislation, directives, etc.)
• Initiate actions to improve financial performance within own responsibility area.
• Monitor and evaluate financial risks
• Coach or train in topics related to own expertise area.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Proficiency in Swedish and English
Knowledge of Swedish statutory and legal reporting requirements Good skills in Excel
Experience of SAP is an advantage
Communication skills
Reporting & analyzing skills
Teamwork skills
Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing Development oriented working approach with a positive attitude
University degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
1-3 years experience of similar position
