About the role:
You'll play a central role in ensuring that ArgusEye operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis, while continuing to strengthen our strong and collaborative culture. As our Community & Office Manager, you'll work across administration, HR, financial support, and office management, a role where your structure, initiative, and ability to take responsibility will directly support how we grow and scale.
A key part of your role will be to establish, develop, and manage internal administrative processes, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and scales in a structured way.
You'll support both the team and leadership in creating a strong well-functioning, and inspiring work environment and culture. This means taking responsibility for strengthening our culture, internal processes, improving ways of working, and making sure that both people and operations run smoothly as we continue to expand.
Key responsibilities include:
Establish, develop, and manage internal administrative processes
Ensure a well-functioning office environment, including responsibility for facilities, supplier coordination, and dialogue with external partners such as landlords, cleaning services, and other providers
Handle day-to-day operations, including financial administration such as invoicing, expenses, and coordination with external partners
Reporting to funding bodies and other stakeholders
Support and develop HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, policies, and employee experience
Drive work environment initiatives and support compliance and internal routines
Collaborate with the management team to strengthen ArgusEye's culture and core values
Plan and organize team activities, events, and initiatives that build engagement and team spirit
Ensure a well-functioning, inspiring office environment including facilities and infrastructure
Actively contribute to employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture
We're looking for someone who..

About you:
A relevant degree in business administration, HR, or similar (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in a similar role, combining administration, HR, and office management
Experience with basic finance administration and coordination with external partners
Experience supporting HR processes (onboarding, policies, employments etc.)
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
Experience in project coordination or process development is a plus
