Are you an excellent community manager with a solid understanding of digital marketing and sports science as well as strong language skills? Do you want to take part in the development of our global marketing strategy? Do you share our passion for fitness and health? We need your help! Take charge of managing and developing our process for community management across all channels to our global audiences, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
We are a young fast growing company, developing, manufacturing and selling innovative strength training equipment to sophisticated customers worldwide. Our users include elite coaches and athletes in professional sports leagues such as the NHL, NBA and the Premier League, as well as renown fitness influencers and leading physiotherapists in over 60 countries on 6 continents. Our young international team consists of over 20 highly competent, open-minded sports scientists, marketeers, engineers, sales professionals and more, with headquarters in Bromma, Stockholm.
In our marketing, we rely primarily on a refined social media strategy achieving strong engagement and audience growth on all major platforms, supplemented with a traditional SEM/SEO approach. However, we are expanding additional channels including email and print.
The Role
To maintain our growth even further, we need to increase our capacity for community management and the adjacent fields of influencer marketing and social media content generation, all targeting our sophisticated and educated target audiences of professional strength and conditioning coaches, physiotherapists and fitness professionals worldwide.
To make this happen, we are now excited to expand our marketing team with a skilled Community Manager. For the new role, we are looking for a special combination of skills and experience in social media marketing, sports science and European languages.
Responsibility
From the outset, your role will include responsibility for:
Community Management
responding to current and prospective customers on social media in comments and direct messages
reaching out to select potential customers on social media
driving growth in follower numbers on social media
Influencer Marketing
identify and contact new potential influencers
drive and close negotiations with prospective influencers
follow up with signed influencers and monitor performance
Social Media content generation
source social media for valuable user generated content
contribute to post drafting
translation of posts to our key languages English, Spanish and French
implement planned and drafted posts on the various social media channels
You will have strong support from the full marketing team, but as you get acquainted with our products, brand and strategy, we also believe that you will be able to take a more active part in developing our marketing strategy.
Requirements
Your profile must include:
College/university level education in sports science.
2+ years of working experience in social media marketing communication.
1+ year experience of sales and customer service.
Full professional fluency in English, French and Spanish.
In addition, we're even more interested if your profile also includes:
Demonstrated experience from managing successful social media accounts.
Work experience from organisations in sports, fitness or physiotherapy.
Personal interest in strength training or general fitness.
This role will give you a key position in a young organisation, working with a fast growing global market. You will have direct access to the management team, and resources will be available to support your initiatives. The company gym is available for you 24/7, and we are located in Mariehäll, Bromma, close to Sundbyberg C and all modes of public transport.
