hela Sverige We are in an exciting phase as we continue to expand to new markets and grow our customer base. Now, we are looking for a new person who can join our team and focus on managing the communication on our social media platforms across several markets.
You will join a small team with high ambitions and work with creating engaging content in our community, as well as providing our customers with a personal and satisfactory service.
The job:
• Proactively create brand relevant and engaging content
• Monitor product and brand-related conversations across social media and engage in conversations
• Assist customers and answer support related questions
• Analyze and evaluate previous social media activities
• Monitor social media marketing and research trends
• Assist in producing content to our help pages such as get started guides, FAQ-articles and how to-instructions
You are a flexible person who enjoys working in a changing environment where you get things done. You are very social, have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude. You are great at expressing yourself in an easy and understandable way both verbally and in writing, and in both English and Swedish. You are interested in new technology and you have a passion for digital media.
Required skills & experience:
• 2 years experience managing content and customer interactions across commonly used social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Experience of managing social media across several markets
• Strong long- and short-form copywriting skills
• Preferably experience from Customer service
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Swedish
• Knowledge on how to analyze and follow up on produced content and previous activities
This position is based at Soundtrack Your Brand’s headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of the Customer service team, but work closely with other parts of the organisation working with customer communication.
