Our primary client is Samsung Electronics, leader in consumer electronics and technology.
The job
The Community Manager monitors and moderates conversations on Facebook and other social media channels for Samsung.
With your strong technical interest you are eager to find the answer to all customer questions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Conversation moderator. Checking, analysing and encouraging all conversations on your pages. You will answer all consumer questions and handle the crowd.
• Posting content that is in line with the tone of voice of Samsung brand on the different social media channels.
• Creating the weekly posting plan together with the Account Manager (AM)
• Following the Content Calendar.
• You'll be supporting the AM in reporting to the client on a monthly basis with an overview of the current progress.
• You will support the AM in developing, in agreement with the client, the long-term strategy to keep the community live and healthy.
Your background
• Norwegian is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
• Newly graduated or preferably with 1 year experience in customer service
• A passion for on-line, social media and customer service
• Excellent copy writing or editorial skills
• Creativity, client-orientated, team player, strong communications skills
• Quick learner for tools and new software
