About the role
We are hiring a Senior Community Manager to join our core marketing team, and be part of what we feel is an extremely unique community - one where you will work alongside bleeding edge technology and help bring something unique to the games industry. Rather than focusing on the usual, we're looking to engage and curate a very specific demographic presenting a challenging opportunity with substantial rewards.
Working alongside a talented team that has come from a variety of backgrounds, this isn't going to be the usual "manage a Discord and a Twitter channel" affair. We're energised, we have huge dreams and are eagerly looking forward to seeing them come to life.
Your day-to-day as a Senior Community Manager

• Acting as a primary point of contact in the game community, which includes players and creators, as well as the game developers, gathering player feedback and conveying it to the people who need it
• Participating in ongoing discussions, sharing relevant content, and keeping the community informed about updates, events, and news
• Addressing conflicts, moderating discussions, and taking appropriate action in a timely manner to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all members of the community
• Exploring different opportunities to engage new members beyond our established community using various channels
• Providing insights into community trends, preferences, and sentiment to help shape marketing strategies
• Planning and organizing community events to enhance community engagement, ensuring all aspects are well-executed and aligned with the team's goals
• Managing the content calendar, adjusting course and ensuring assets are delivered internally for use on community and social channels
• Shaping the community calendar

Requirements
• 3+ Years of Community Management Experience - bonus points if it is in the Blockchain gaming space
• Experience managing traditional community channels such as Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc
• A desire to push boundaries - we want someone that wants to do more in the community management space than simply run some channels
• A drive to help and support others, be it customers or colleagues
• Understanding of the core fundamentals of community management
• Knowledge of startups and their pros and cons
• A humble approach to communication
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Experience in the gaming industry
• Experience and understanding of Blockchain community and best practices
• A creative mind
