As the Community Manager, you are interested in a career in marketing, community building and want to roll up your sleeves to help build a new Stunlock game! Together, we will foster and manage our community outreach by developing positive relationships with our players and create fans for life.
What you will do
Closely collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute social media strategies.
Be responsible and manage our social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Official Discord Server. This includes planning and creation of content, daily handling of DMs/inquiries, and performance reviews of our activities.
Be the voice of the studio for the community and the voice of our community for the studio.
Research and report on worldwide community/marketing trends and topics.
Actively participate in the planning and execution of compelling community- and marketing campaigns.
Gather feedback from the community and facilitate a professional collaboration with our development teams.
Work with our influencers and community creators to maintain a good relationship and provide them with content.
Revise important announcements in English to ensure the correct use of the language.
What we're looking for
Essential
Experience in community management and customer communication.
Excellent English language skills.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience and practical knowledge with all major social media platforms.

You are passionate about learning the ins-and-outs of marketing and customer relations.
Collaborative, creative, and analytically driven to connect game developers and players.
You are an avid games enthusiast with an understanding of gaming communities and good knowledge of the games industry.
