We have just started building our dream game and are looking for a Community Manager. We have a genuine ambition to make something that is more than a game. In the GOALS universe games exist both on and off screen, blending football, fashion, esports and digital assets.
In this role, you will be the face of GOALS. The purpose of this position is to bring the studio and community together. We strive for transparency, inclusion and diversity in everything we do. Gathering feedback from our community will be essential, including managing existing channels and setting up new ways for communication. You will need to decode our developers, making progress understandable for the community.
This is an operative role which requires proactive work for planning and execution, but also offers creative freedom. We know that you share our passion for football games. You understand that inclusion is not only inviting people to participate, but going the extra mile to actually give everyone space.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of football games and communities
• Responsive and communicative
• Passionate
• Strong copywriting skills with an authentic tone resonating with our community
• Native or bilingual English knowledge
About the Employment
The position is permanent, starting with 6 months of probationary employment. You can work from our Stockholm office, fully remote or hybrid. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English and that you can work in a timezone close to Stockholm (GMT 0-3 hours).

GOALS is a small start-up with big dreams!

Recognizing there wasn't a fast paced, competitive, multiplayer focused football game on the market we decided to change that. Let's bring football into esports for real! Bridging the gap between the real world and the digital, we're building something that is more than a game.
