We love our users and need someone to show them how much we care.
Since Wrapp is growing incredible fast, we're now in need of a social rock star to our user communications team.
We love to be proactive, take part in community discussions and communicate and help our users through the channels they prefer - like Twitter, Facebook, blogs, forums or e-mail.
We're in need of a full-time social media rock star with great communication and language skills. We want you to be fluent in Swedish and English (knowledge of German is a big plus) and be based at our HQ in Stockholm. Your primary tasks will be to answer questions from our users, participate in community discussions and maintain our internal and external knowledge base.
You're probably a blogger (or just a great writer), forum moderator or active on Twitter, and live for social media. You're creative, like to optimize processes, have customer service experience, and enjoy finding new ways to to communicate.
