Given the virtual model by which KRY's doctors meet patients, community management and internal communications is crucial in informing and empowering our decentralised workforce. We are now looking for a world-class Community Manager to our Medical Operations team.
What you'll do- Own and develop our community and internal communications strategy towards medical doctors and psychologists
• Develop online and offline communication channels and devise subsequent channel strategies
• Create cross-functional process for planning and executing internal communications across a wide range of objectives and audiences
• Develop and execute all forms of internal communications, mostly in written form, and secure effective implementation through CRM, video, live and offline channels
• Secure cross-functional implementation of employer branding activities
Who you are- 3-5 years experience in a communications or community management role, preferably in healthcare, tech or professional services
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills
• Knowledge of video production, editing and publishing
• Superior project management, planning and time management skills
• Ability to thrive and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of delivering results despite quickly shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Digitally savvy, analytical and experienced of various digital marketing and communications tools
• Written and spoken fluency in Swedish and English; additional EU languages a plus
You will work closely with the Medical Operations management team and many other departments covering communications needs across medical, business and technology fields.
