We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to become part of the Marketing &
Community team at Stunlock Studios. Here at Stunlock Studios, we are developing
competitive and community driven games, always with the players in focus. As a Community
Manager, you are at the forefront of customer support and social media conversations with
the opportunity to create and execute communications plans.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships within Battlerite player communities both
in-person and online
• Create and execute CRM mail and social media strategies together with the
Marketing & Community team
• Responsible for generating all key messaging related to the product and service.
This includes, daily, weekly, and crisis management messaging.
• Identify community leaders and empower them to more actively contribute to the
greater community.
• Track and report consumer sentiment across company social media channels and use
data to inform recommendations
• Proactively identify creative opportunities for brand awareness and grow our social
channels
• Work closely with the colleagues around the world to co-ordinate the content
publishing calendar and ensure our content is engaging, localized and up-to-date
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute PR strategy and
plans
Essential
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in
high pressure or continually changing situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English with a high success
rate in building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Solid organizational skills and proven experience working within challenging
deadlines in a fast moving environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise a heavy workload
• Passion for games and knowledge of the game industry including emerging trends
connected to our brand(s)
Desirable
• Experience in writing for an international audience
• Experience and practical knowledge of Steam, all major social media and video
distribution platforms, and supporting applications
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop primarily) would be beneficial
• A bachelor's degree in communications would be beneficial
