Do you have academic background and at least 5 years' experience in business analysis? Have you got experience from leading and developing a Travel function? Then we have a great opportunity for you! Proffice is now looking for a communicative Travel manager for global company.
As Travel Manager you will be a part of a global organization working with workplace strategies, real estate, meeting, telecom and travel. You will have many responsibilities such as:
• establish, communicate, follow up and improve global strategy and policies for travel, expense and credit cards.
• Develop and optimize the vendor partnerships and drive cost savings where you lead the work in securing best possible partnership relations and commercial agreements in the travel & expense area.
• Improve the current data analytics capabilities in order to develop the solutions and support the business.
• Handle Travel security where you are responsible for directives & guidelines for Travel security and Emergency Response, Travel tracking, Vendor management of ISOS, security recommendations and alerting management and travelers of changed risk ratings. You handle the coordination of internal and external resources (Internal: travelers, internal communication, Sourcing, HR, Security, other. External: ISOS, TMC) in the case of incidents.
• You also work cross functionally with stakeholders to proactively support the business and drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
To be qualified you have a academic background and 5-10 years experience from business analysis with excellent english (written and spoken). Knowledge in other languages are an advantage. You have solid experience from leading and developing a Travel function. E.g. track record from Travel Management or Travel Consultancy, experience from working in an international organization and from vendor management and outsourcing as well as experience from negotiations and data analytics. You are communicative, outgoing and able to work in a structured way in a high pace environment
