As a Customer Liaison Partner (CLP) you will ensure excellent operational customer service to marketing companies, other operations in order to maximize customer satisfaction. Included in the role is also active work with practical problem solving and continuous improvements in cross-functional teams, both as a team member and as a team leader. You will act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day supply be the voice of the customer internally and you are responsible for communication to the customers. You will also work and communicate on a daily basis around orders, forecasts, stock levels in order to make the right decisions and priorities with the customers.
Who suits here?
If you have a university degree within the field you are right for this role. You have at least a few years experience of planning, distribution, customer management or QA, and you will recognize the work while you are challenged and take new strides. If you are fluent in English, both oral and written, you will find it easy to put yourself in the data. Are you confident of making effective decisions and incomplete information to drive business outcomes this is the place for you!
